We know that when the craving for Olio & Spices hits - we need to Serve the People! With our standard delivery service, we ship within 24 hours from receipt of your order (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).Return Policy
Credit or replacements will be issued for damaged or missing goods reported within seven days of receiving delivery. Fed Ex reserves the right to inspect damaged goods prior to issuing a claim; please hold damaged goods for 48 hours. If you wish to change or cancel your order please contact us within 24 hours. We can not cancel or change shipped orders. Any extra charges by a shipper due to insufficient, or incorrect, delivery information will be charged to your credit card upon receipt. (e.g. no suite number, wrong zip code, recipient has moved to a new address, etc.). Please check your email and call us or email us with any changes. The best way to measure spices is by Tea Spoon or Table Spoon. With this method, all blends have approximately the same amount of tea spoons in each bag.
